Ingredients
  Red cooking apple 10 Cup (160 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Apple cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
