|Unsweetened applesauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
1. Blend applesauce with cinnamon and nutmeg. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat evaporated milk in medium bowl until it is consistency of whipped topping.
2. Using rubber spatula, fold whipped milk into applesauce. Spoon into 4 parfait glasses; chill for 1 hour.
