Baked Applesauce With Cider

Ingredients
  Apples 10
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and quarter apples and place in a casserole dish.
Heat sugar, cider, lemon juice and nutmeg until sugar is dissolved.
Pour cider over apples.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes until apples are soft.
Stir with a fork before serving.
