Pork Patties With Applesauce
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Pork||1 Pound, ground|
|Dry breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Applesauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Combine all ingredients, except applesauce, in medium mixing bowl. Shape into 6 patties. Place in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Drain and turn patties over. Spoon applesauce on top of each patty. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Lei stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
