|Tart apples||2 Quart|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Wash and quarter apples.
Place in 2-quart sauce pan.
Add cinnamon and sugar.
Cover and place on medium-high heat (3-5 minutes).
Reduce heat to low and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from range and put through food press.
Add butter and blend.
