€¢ Peel, core and slice the apples. Place in a 4-cup (1 L) microwave-safe dish the apples, cranberries, sugar and lemon juice.
€¢ Microwave at HIGH 10 minutes. Stir well.
€¢ Microwave 2 to 3 minutes at MEDIUM. Stir again.
€¢ Pour into a serving dish.
