Raspberry Applesauce

Ingredients
  Granny smith apples/Greening apple 6 Medium, peeled, cored and thickly sliced
  Apple juice/Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Seedless raspberry jam 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 In a medium-size saucepan, bring the apples, apple juice, cinnamon, and cloves to a simmer over moderately low heat.
Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until tender.
Break apart any large chunks of apple with a spoon.
Stir in the jam, honey, and lemon juice.
Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 2 weeks
