|Granny smith apples/Greening apple||6 Medium, peeled, cored and thickly sliced|
|Apple juice/Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Seedless raspberry jam||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1 In a medium-size saucepan, bring the apples, apple juice, cinnamon, and cloves to a simmer over moderately low heat.
Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until tender.
Break apart any large chunks of apple with a spoon.
Stir in the jam, honey, and lemon juice.
Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 2 weeks
