Naturally Sweet Applesauce

Ingredients
  Apples 4 Large, peeled
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender at medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve chilled.
2. For a frothy variation, fold 2 stiffly beaten egg whites into the applesauce and serve in a decorative glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
