Fresh Applesauce

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Taste)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ascorbic acid 1 Teaspoon
  Tart apples 1 Pound
Directions

In blender combine water, sugar, salt and ascorbic acid (sold with freezer supplier; some drugstores).
Peel and core apples and slice into blender.
Run blender at high speed 30 seconds or less.
