|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Taste)|
|Ascorbic acid||1 Teaspoon|
|Tart apples||1 Pound|
In blender combine water, sugar, salt and ascorbic acid (sold with freezer supplier; some drugstores).
Peel and core apples and slice into blender.
Run blender at high speed 30 seconds or less.
