|Seedless raisins||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped almonds||2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
Remove the core of the apples going right through the centre.
Cut the skin around the apple so that the skin will not burst when baked.
Mix together raisins, almonds, sugar, cinnamon, juice and rind of lime and fill in the.cavities of the apples.
Dot with butter and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 45 minutes until the apples are tender.
