Apple Brown Betty
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped|
|Honey||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Mix crumbs and chopped apples and place in greased baking dish.
3.Heat honey and water to boiling, add lemon juice and pour over fruit mixture.
4.Sprinkle a few dry crumbs over top.
5.Wash, core and slice apple.
6.Arrange apple rings over top.
7.Bake in the oven until brown
8.Serve with vanilla ice cream
