Baked Stuffed Apples

Ingredients
  Tart red apples 6 Large
  Bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Brown sugar/Maple sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees
2.Also cut off the stem end of the apples, but do not peel them
3.Remove all the core and part of the pulp, leaving the walls of the cup about 3/4 inch thick
MAKING
4.In a bowl, mix bananas, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon
5.Fill the cavities in the apples with this mixture, cover with chopped nut meats
6.Bake in the oven until tender
SERVING
7.Serve with whipped cream
