Preparing this Apple Flapjacks recipe is the second best way to please a crowd. Am sure you are aware of the first??? Whether you are an amateur cook or a professional chef, I recommend the Apple Flapjacks for the sheer joy of cooking it.
Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Sifted flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped fine
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place the shortening and sugar and cream it well together. Then add beaten eggs, flour sifted along with baking powder and cinnamon, also add the chopped apples
2. In a bowl, filled with batter pour milk gradually
3. Finally bake the mixture on a griddle.

SERVING
4. Serve with custard, cream, or ice cream
