Cinnamon Glazed Apples

Ingredients
  Strawberry banana gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each, Or 1 Package Of 6 Ounce Jell-O)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 2 Inch
  Lemon slices 3 (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Baking apples/1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 6 Medium, peeled and cored
Directions

Combine gelatin, water, apple juice, cinnamon stick, and lemon slices in medium skillet.
Bring to a boil, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Add apples; cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until almost tender, turning once and basting occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Cool apples in syrup; removecinnamonstickand lemonslices.
Place apples in 6 custard cups or serving dishes and top with syrup.
Chill until set about 1 hour.
