Annapolis Cranberry Apples
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||6 , pared, cored, and cut in eighths|
Cook cranberries in water until skins burst.
Press through a sieve; add sugar and bring to boil ing.
Add apples and cook slowly until apples are clear and have absorbed the juice.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
