Kraut With Apples

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 4 Cup (64 tbs), drained
  Apples 2 , thinly sliced
  Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Garnish with apple wedges and parsley.
