Apple Slices

This apple slices recipe is a baked recipe for apples baked with dough batter of eggs, milk and flour. Prepared with apple slices and cinnamon sandwiched between the dough, the apple slices are sprinkled with sugar and baked in the oven.
Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Apples 2
Directions

Mix together flour, salt and butter.
Add beaten egg yolk and milk.
Divide dough in half, roll thin and place on buttered cookie sheet.
Add sliced apples, cinnamon, sugar and pats of butter.
Put top layer on, spread beaten egg white over top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350° until brown.
