Baked Apples Chantilly

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Apples 4 , cored
  Macaroon cookies 5 , crushed
  Slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Teaspoon, melted
Directions

Place 1/3 cup butter in a 1 cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in honey.
Arrange apples in an 8 inch square glass cake dish.
Fill apple centers 3/4 full with honey-butter mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
In a small bowl combine crushed cookies, almonds and butter.
Sprinkle crumbs over tops of apples and top with whipped cream.
