Raspberry And Apple Fluff
|Canned applesauce||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Lady fingers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Serve)|
Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then lightly fold in the sugar.
Place the apple in a bowl and stir in the lemon juice.
Gently fold in the egg whites with a metal spoon.
Place the raspberries in the bottom of two glass dishes, then top with the apple mixture.
Serve immediately with sponge (lady) fingers.
