Raspberry And Apple Fluff

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Canned applesauce 4 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Lady fingers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Serve)
Directions

Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then lightly fold in the sugar.
Place the apple in a bowl and stir in the lemon juice.
Gently fold in the egg whites with a metal spoon.
Place the raspberries in the bottom of two glass dishes, then top with the apple mixture.
Serve immediately with sponge (lady) fingers.
