Cheese Apple

Cheese apple is a blue cheese and apple ball like preparation that can be served with crackers as a snack. The cheese apple is simply prepared by mixing ingredients together in mixer and seasoned with paprika and shaped into small balls.
Ingredients
  Pasteurized processed sharp american cheese spread 5 Ounce
  Pasteurized neufchatel and blue cheese spread 5 Ounce
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat all ingredients except paprika in small mixer bowl on low speed just until smooth.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
(Can be served immediately.)
Just before serving, shape cheese mixture info ball.
Sprinkle paprika on piece of waxed paper; roll cheese ball in paprika to coat.
Mold ball into apple shape by making small depression for stem end.
If you like, insert a clove and a small leaf.
Serve with crackers or snacks.
