Quick and easy Apple Crisp Recipe. Great for family gatherings. You and your family and kids all will like this Apple Crisp Recipe. You can substitute brown sugar with regular sugar, but mix of nutmeg, Quaker oats and brown sugar makes it a special apple crisp recipe.
Ingredients
  Apples 5 , silced (peeled)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quaker oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Butter stick 1 , softened
  Apple juice/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put half of the apples in a greased 9x9 inch pan. Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice, and crumble half the flour mixture over the apples. Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture. Pour juice over top.
