Cranberry Apple Relish
|Apples||2 , pared and cored|
|Oranges||2 , quartered and seeded|
|Lemon||1 , quartered and seeded|
|Sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Put cranberries, apples, oranges and lemon through food chopper.
Add sugar; blend.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
Will keep well in refrigerator for several weeks.
