|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Quart|
|Eggs||6 , separated|
|Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine sugar, spices, and sherry in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Whisk in the egg yolks and brandy.
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold into the sherry mixture.
Do not allow the mixture to boil, or the eggs will curdle.
