Stuffed Apple Cinnamon Salad - I tried this salad last week and it was an instant hit. The recipe is simple and you can prepare it in a jiffy. Give this stuffed apple cinnamon salad a try.
Ingredients
  Red cinnamon candies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apples 6 , pared and cored
  Pecans 2 Tablespoon, broken
  Dates 10 , pitted and chopped
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve candies and sugar in water over low heat.
Add whole apples; cook slowly until transparent but not soft.
Chill.
Combine re maining ingredients; stuff apples.
Serve on lettuce.
Garnish with a small amount of grated cheese if desired.
