Apple Rice Dessert

Ingredients
  Rice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Corn syrup 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Apples 3
Directions

Wash the rice and cook until flaky and tender in boiling salted water.
Drain, and add corn sirup and sugar.
Grease a baking dish and put in a layer of rice.
Pare and slice apples, and place a layer of apples over rice.
Continue until the dish is full, cover, and bake in slow oven of 350° F. until the apples are tender—about thirty min.
Remove cover for last ten min. to brown.
Serve with milk or cream.
