Cauliflower And Apple In Curried Mayonnaise

  Cauliflower 1 Medium
  Carrot 1
  Apples 2
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Curry paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Chili powder To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 6

Put the cauliflower, carrot and apple into a bowl with the raisins and lemon juice and mix.
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry paste in a small bowl and season.
Put the lettuce leaves on a flat dish and spoon the cauliflower mixture on top.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Serve this salad as a first course or as a light meal with cheese toast or papad.
