You know what they say One Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away? So this is fun and little project that you can make with your picky eater to transfer a whole apple to a fun "parrot on the plate".
Ingredients
  Apple 1
  Blueberry 1
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Juice of lemon 1⁄2
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl, combine water and lemon juice.

MAKING
2. Cut apple, core and thinly slice into wedges. Place the pieces into lemon water.
3. Remove apple slices from water and pat dry using kitchen towel.
4. On a platter, arrange the slices in parrot shape as shown in the video. Place blueberry in the center.

SERVING
5. Serve and enjoy!
