Cinnamon Baked Apples

Ingredients
  Apples 4 Medium
  Sweetener 1 Teaspoon, caloric liquid sweetener (caloric liquid)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Set oven at 400°F.
Core apples, and pare 1/2 inch down from tops.
Sprinkle each apple with 1/4 teaspoon liquid sweetener and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Wrap each apple in aluminum foil, and bake in shallow baking dish at 400°F. 25 minutes or until tender.
