Sauteed Apple Rings

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Large
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and core apples, and cut each into 4 thick slices.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Dip slices into sugar mixture, and saute gently in butter or margarine in heavy frying pan, browning rings on both sides.
Maked 8 rings
