1. Preheat oven to 375 degree.
2. With a slicer, cut apple 80% to the bottom. Carefully remove the core from the center, keeping the bottom intact.
3. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
4. Spoon and fill mixture in the center of the apple.
5. Wrap apple with foil. Pop it in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
6. Peel peanut butter coated apple wedges, and serve them immediately.
