Ingredients
  Dessert apple 2 , cored out, trimmed from bottom
  Raisin 3 Teaspoon
  Clear honey 2 Teaspoon
  Single cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Stuff the hollow part of the apples with raisins and top it off with honey. Cover and pop in the microwave for 3 minutes.

SERVING
2. Drizzle with single cream and serve.

TIP
Baked apples can also be served with ice cream or custard.
