Apple Pecan Cobbler

Ingredients
  Canned apple pie filling 21 Ounce (1 can)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Biscuit mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, add pie filling and pecans and mix well.
2) Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes. Between the cooking processes, stir the mix after 2 minutes.
3) In a bowl, add biscuit mix and brown sugar and mix well.
4) Add in the buttermilk and mix well.
5) Into the hot pie filling, arrange the biscuit mix dough in 6 spoonfuls.
6) In another bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and sprinkle over.
7) Microwave uncovered, on HIGH for 3 to 4 1/2 minutes. Give the dish one-half turn after 1 1/2 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve topped with a dollop of cream.
