Ham-Apple Casserole

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 3 Cup (48 tbs), ground
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 2 Medium
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

"Combine ham, mustard, onion, egg, milk and crumbs; place in greased baking dish.
Peel, core and slice apples 1/2 inch thick; arrange slices to overlap on top of mixture around edge of dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are browned and tender."
