|Apple wine||2 Bottle (2 l) (Home Made Variety)|
|Brandy||4 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (2 Liqueur Glasses)|
|Peaches/Pears||1 Pound, sliced|
|Ice cubes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Needed)|
|Sparkling white wine||1 Bottle (1 l), chilled|
1) In a bowl, place together peaches or pears, and stream in the apple wine.
2) Allow to soak the fruits for 1 hour.
3) When ready to serve, stir in the sugar to taste, ice and the sparkling wine.
4) Serve chilled in tall glass.
