Ingredients
  Apple wine 2 Bottle (2 l) (Home Made Variety)
  Brandy 4 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (2 Liqueur Glasses)
  Peaches/Pears 1 Pound, sliced
  Sugar To Taste
  Ice cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Needed)
  Sparkling white wine 1 Bottle (1 l), chilled
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place together peaches or pears, and stream in the apple wine.
2) Allow to soak the fruits for 1 hour.
3) When ready to serve, stir in the sugar to taste, ice and the sparkling wine.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled in tall glass.
