Skillet Spiced Apples

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apples 4 Medium, sliced into wedges (Peeled, Cored)
  Orange marmalade 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the vegetable oil and cloves bowl
2) Add the sliced apples and toss to coat
3) Into a large skillet, fry the apples with the lid on for about 10 minutes
4) Tip in the marmalade into the skillet

SERVING
5) Serve the spiced apples with some good vanilla ice cream
