Microwave Apples Prune Topping

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pitted prunes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Allspice 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave glass bowl, place the brown sugar and cornstarch and mix well.
2. Add the apple juice and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 2 1/2 minutes until thick. Ensure that you stir during cooking.
3. Add the apples and prunes and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice
5. Season to taste with salt and allspice

SERVING
6. Serve hot
