|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Apple juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||1 , broken|
|Burgundy wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a large saucepan, put together boiling water and tea bags; brew for 5 minutes.
2. Remove and discard teabags.
3. Add apple juice, sugar, cloves and cinnamon stick; stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove and discard spices.
5. Stir in wine and just heat through.
6. Serve hot Tobogganers Toddy.
