Apple And Barley Water

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Medium
  Water 1 1⁄2 Pint (850 Milliliter)
  Barley kernels 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 4
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Wash apples and chop them along with peel and core.
2. In a saucepan, add apples with barley kernels and cook with flavorings for about half an hour.
3. Strain the mixture and sweeten and allow it to cool.

SERVING
4. Serve the apple and barley water as a beverage during summers.
