Italian vermouth - 1/8 gill
Gin - 1/8 gill
Yellow chartreuse - 2 dashes
Lemon peel juice - 1 dash
Cherry - 1
Broken ice - 1/2 tumbler
1) With broken ice, half fill a tumbler.
2) Add the Calvados along with the Gin, Vermouth and Yellow Chartreuse. Stir well.
3) Into a cocktail glass, strain the stirred cocktail and top with a dash of Lemon peel Juice and a single Cherry. Serve right away. This cocktail is considered fairly strong.
