Apple Aand Persimmon Cobbler

Ingredients
For filling
  Japanese persimmons 4
  Apples 4 , thinly sliced
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For topping
  Rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350 °F.
2) Peel the persimmons and slice thinly. Take out the seeds.

MAKING
3) To prepare piling, in a large bowl add persimmons, apples, honey, cinnamon, and cloves.
4) Grease a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
5) Mound filling to fit.
6) Bake for 40 minutes.
7) To prepare topping in a medium add oats, almonds, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well.
8) Sprinkle honey over it.
9) Cut in margarine with a pastry mender and combine.
10) Take off from oven and add the topping.
11) Put back in oven and bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
12) Serve hot.
