Stuffed Baked Apples
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Remove core of each apple to 1/2 inch (1 cm) of bottom; prick skin all over.
Place apples in 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate.
In bowl, combine sugar, pecans, raisins, butter, cinnamon and lemon juice; spoon into apple cavities.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High for 7 to 9 minutes or until apples are tender, rotating halfway through.
