Apple And Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
  Carrots 6 Large, sliced
  Apples 4 Large, halved (Peeled, Cored And Sliced)
  All purpose flour 5 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook carrots in large saucepan in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
Layer carrots and apples in large casserole.
Combine flour, sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over top.
Dot with margarine; pour orange juice over flour mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
