  Mcintosh apples 4 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Chopped prunes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground walnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice/Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Core the apples and remove about 1" of the peel from around the tops.
Rub the exposed surfaces with the lemon juice.
Prick the skins in several places with a fork to keep the apples from bursting.
In a small bowl, combine the prunes, almons, honey and cinnamon.
Divide the mixture among the apples, stuffing it into the cored areas.
Arrange the apples in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Add the orange or apple juice to the casserole.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Give the dish a half turn and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until the apples are tender and easily pierced with a sharp knife.
