Waldorf Style Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Red apples 2
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Dark raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small mixing bowl, add apples and sprinkle lemon juice ovr them; toss lightly to combine
2. Add celery, raisins and mayonniase and mix well till everything is evenly coated
3. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour

SERVING
4. Line four salad plates with one lettuce leaf each, top with equal portions of apple salad
5. Sprinkel sunflower seeds on top adn serve
