Baked Stuffed Apples
|Tart red apples||6 Large|
|Chopped bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||4 Tablespoon|
Do not peel, but cut off stem end of apples.
Remove core & part of pulp, leaving about 3/4" around core cavity.
Place apples in a lightly greased pan.
Mix fruits, sugar & cinnamon; use to fill cavities in apples.
Sprinkle pecans on top of apples.
Bake at 365 degrees until tender.
Serve with a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each apple.
