Ingredients
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Artificial sweetener 2 Teaspoon (Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar, As Required)
  Apple pie spice 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix together all ingredients in it.
2) Cover the mixture and keep in refrigerator to allow chilling.

SERVING
3) Serve cold.
