Grilled Apple Pecan Cups
|Baking apples||2 Small|
|Clover honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecans||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
1 Peel the apples, core and cut into half crosswise.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3 Inside the half of each apple, place 1 tablespoon of honey.
4 Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chopped pecans on each apple half.
5 Dust with the brown sugar.
6 Grill the apples for 6-8 minutes, until tender.
7 Serve along with vanilla yogurt or non fat whipped topping (optional)
