Apple Pineapple Coleslaw
|Cabbage||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), shredded, crisp|
|Pineapple tidbits||1 Cup (16 tbs), canned (Or Fresh)|
|Apple||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unpeeled, diced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
1) Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except a few apple slices and parsley to it.
2) Mix well and toss the ingredients gently so that the mayonnaise coats them uniformly.
3) Place the coleslaw in a bowl and garnish with parsley and apple wedges before serving.
