Apple Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Cabbage 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), shredded, crisp
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned (Or Fresh)
  Apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), unpeeled, diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except a few apple slices and parsley to it.
2) Mix well and toss the ingredients gently so that the mayonnaise coats them uniformly.

SERVING
3) Place the coleslaw in a bowl and garnish with parsley and apple wedges before serving.
