The Big Apple
|Millet||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
1) Use a bowl of water to soak the millet for overnight.
2) In a saucepan, add the soaked millet and water to boil.
3) Slowly cook the millet for 20 minutes or until properly done.
4) Fold in fruit and cinnamon and cook for another 10 more minutes.
5) Serve the apple by dusting with cinnamon powder, if you wish.
