Buttercup Squash With Apples

Ingredients
  Buttercup squash 1⁄4 Pound (Small Sized)
  Chopped tart apple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 Teaspoon, softened
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Quarter squash, remove seeds and fibers.

MAKING
2) Put squash, cut sides up, in 9 X 1 1/4" pie plate.
3) Combine remaining ingredients.
4) Spoon into squash.
5) Seal with waxed paper.
6) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 1 min [2 min], rotate plate 1/2 turn.
7) Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min [2 to 3 min] till tender.

SERVING
8) Serve juices over squash.
